Using stock in bouquet?

Has anyone used stock in their bouquet? I've been told it's a pretty fragrant flower, and I'm wondering if I need to switch it out with something less powerful.

As long as you don't use it in centerpieces where people may be bothered by the scent when they're eating, I think it would be ok. I personally wouldn't use it at all, because it smells like deli ham to me, lol. But I know a lot of people that love the way it smells.
