My mom hates corsages, but I still want to do something to distinguish the moms and grandmothers. Is there any alternative?

Small nosegay bouquets and tussy mussies are common alternatives to corsages. Our moms carried nosegay bouquets.

I did corsages for the grandmothers and nosegays for the moms.

Does she hate all sorts of corsages? I would never force someone to pin a corsage on their outfit but a wrist corsage will work for my mom.

what about nice brooches or bracelets?

I am not a fan of corsages either.

How about a purse corsage? Basically a corsage for her evening bag.

Just do a single rose with a bow, or a calla- depending on your flowers.

Or if you do a nosegay then she can take it home and put it in a bud vase

Hi. I am an MOG twice over. I love flowers but don't care for corsages either. Since MOBs were of the same mind, we did small nosegays for mothers and grandmothers as well. I love it; we used the nosegays as decoration -- ohe time around the base of the bride's cake and one time as added decoration to the reception area -- and then took them home to enjoy as well.

oh that's a good idea to use them as additional decoration at the reception. Thanks for the advice :)
