Affordable flower providers similar to costco/sams club

A family friend is doing my flowers, and she usually uses Sam's Club and gets an awesome price.  But the flowers I want for my bouquet aren't sold there. Does anyone know of any other place to get them for comparable prices? I'm really wanting ranunculus or peonies, or the flowers in these bouquets:

and I'm especially wanting purple hydrangeas ^, but Sams club only has white and blue....

any suggestions???

The top bouquet has lilacs, which generally only grow in northern to mid-country areas, and bloom in May. Hydrangeas are generally multi-colored, in that they start out as one color and turn into another and are never really just one color.

Peonies are also tough because they bloom in the late spring, early summer in the US, and are plentiful & seasonal for a brief period of time.

There are several online floral vendors, and I'm sure others will supply them (I haven't saved the links). But you might want to consider using some of the flowers from Sam's Club or Costco for 2/3 of your flowers, then add the more expensive flowers as an accent and not as the primary flowers.

Costco and sams use quadorian flowers for the most part... which are always well priced but not as good a selection.

It looks to me like what oua re after are lilac, sweet peas and lavender hydrangea... along with the peonies.  All are basicall spring blooms ...
Google up california cut flower exchange or 50 flowers... You may need to wing it until a bit closer to the wedding.
I think if there is any way to get yourself into a wholesale flower market you will be nicely suprised... Also maybe farmers markets , places like Trader Joes and better supermarkets can sometimes shop the seasonal great stuff and set you up.

If all is looking too tough there is also a nice floral spray you can use over the white hydrangea called JUST FOR FLOWERS that , done well can pass for a true lavender bloom.

I ordered purple hydrangeas from fiftyflowers.com for my Nov wedding.  They called two days before the wedding and said they were held up in customs but that the flowers would be there - a day later than planned, but still the day before the wedding.  I was panicking - but they ended up sending 30 rather than the 20 I ordered and most were still in great condition despite the customs hold up.  In addition, they send a second delivery that arrived early morning on the wedding day - of 20 more purple hydrangeas - which were all in perfect condition.  I was impressed with their customer service and the purple color I received was gorgeous.  My only advice would be to give yourself an extra day - so rather than order to arrive on Thurdsay, shoot for Wed, that way if you encounter any delivery issues you aren't panicking (like I did!)  Anyhow - their website has a large selection of flowers including ranunculus and peonies.

Some other online vendors you could look into would be Growers Box, The Floral Exchange, Whole Blossoms, and Blooms by the Box.

I like pp's idea of getting the cheap flowers at the chapest retailer and then adding the more expensive ones as secondary flowers.
