Carnation colors

Do they come in a cream color?  I haven't been able to find any.

I'm also wondering what color food coloring I would have to use to make Teal? Anyone know?

Hi. As for cream color carnations, I've seen them only a few times. I think i saw them in sam's club but i could be wrong. All I can say is check with your local florists and online. Sorry I'm not anymore help than that.

As for teal coloring your best option is going to mix green and blue til you get the shade you want. If you're lucky you may be able to find a bottle of teal dye somewhere but it is very hard to come by. At least it isn't the easiest to find around my area. I know this cause my mom makes baked goods on the side. She had to do a graduation cake a couple years back and needed teal coloring and we had to go to several stores before she found someone who had it. If we didn't find a bottle she ws going to do the old mixing of colors method.

    HTH and GL!

There are cream colored carnations, but they're kind of rare like PP said.

As for dye, I'm not much help. Are you planning on dying the carnations? How are you planning on doing that?

I will keep looking for the cream carnations :)

As for the coloring, I'm going to experiment with some white carnations to see if I can get just a hint of teal in some of them.  I suppose I should go buy a box of food coloriing and see what happens, LOL.

    Thanks for your input!
