    I absolutely love that photo. Those are actually going to be my colors as well; well spice up some orange and tone down the yellow a little.

    I would ask your florist. I've seen wheat a lot more lately for Fall weddings. They should be able to give you pricing and availability.

    That is a lovely centerpiece.  If you don't have any farmer's markets around (they might be able to help you), then a florist might be your best bet.  Have you googled "wheat" with your hometown and state?  That might be a good first step.

    You can buy bunches of dried wheat at most craft stores that sell floral supplies.  Look in the dried flower sections.  They can be mixed in with fresh or silk flowers. 
    If you want fresh, check into sources where you would be buying your fresh flowers from.
