Does anyone know where I can find centerpiece bases like these?

I don't know what they are called and am having a mini breakdown with not being able to find any online! any help would be appriciated! :)

    They look like extra tall candlestick holders.  Or you could get a similar look with extra tall trumpet vases, in either metal/silver, or glass. The flowers go in a floral conatainer, and it is placed in the top of the vase.  More flowers or a "candle ring" can go around the base of the vase or candlestick holder.

    You might could try some tall candlestick holders, or pillar candle holders.  If you can't find any tall enough, maybe try "floor candle" holders, or ask a florist what they are called.  Maybe they rent them out?

    I've seen them calle Eifflel tower vases.  I know you can rent them from most florists.
