Csilkc.com experience

I am curious if anyone has used csilkc.com.  I am planning to use afloral.com and then I saw this other site (and a few $ cheaper for what I want), but it has some mixed reviews.  Has anyone used this company?  If so, can you post any pictures of your flowers?

A friend of mine used them for her wedding (I was a reader in it and was pretty actively helping her with all her stuff). The flowers we got came in all crushed so we spent half the time trying to 'fluff them up' again, once that was done we found that the number we ordered was NOT the number in the package. When she contacted them regarding this they tried to deny it until she fought them over it and got the remainder sent. I used afloral with no issues, and mine were better quality, she even stated she wished she had gone that route when she saw the ones I got.
