My florist in  Jacksonville Florida will not give me my  money back. I told her I don't want her to be my vendor any longer and she turned into an evil old women. I don't understand we are not under contract and she has not provided me with any service yet. Why won't this lady give me my money back???

    Sorry to say this, but before you give any vendor money you should have a contract for things just like this.  Also there's not enough info for anyone to give you any answer to your problem.

    Generally, once you give someone money for a deposit you shouldn't expect to get it back.  Where there is not a contract, I don't think there is much you can do to get your money back! Sorry!

    once you give a deposit, that means your under a contracted!  what went wrong and why would you change your mind?  when are you getting married or when were you married?  when did you ask for your money back?  how long before the wedding?
