I've been doing a lot of research as we're planning, trying to decide which flowers to do myself and which to have a florist do.
I love calla lilies, and the mini ones come in the right colors for our wedding, so I was really pleased to read (in one of my library books) that if you seal the end of a calla lily with florist's glue, they will stay fresh for several days on the moisture trapped inside the stem.
My question is: where to find this kind of glue? The only thing I can find on google is about using floral glue to secure flowers to the bottom of a vase for "submerged" arrangements. Is that the same glue? I was thinking of getting some and experimenting on some grocery store flowers ...
Thank you!
