Need HELP with February Wedding Colors!!!!

I can not make up my mind on my wedding colors for Feb!!! I wished we could have done it in April so we can go with the lavendar and ivory or light blue with ivory! Those are my favorite color schemes, but I do not want our colors to look stupid since we will be having our wedding during the winter season. Any suggestions to other color schemes over than white and red!?!?!?!? THanks!!! maybe navy and gold?? HELP!

    You're getting married pretty close to January, before Valentine's day gets in full swing.  I'd go with blues and silvers.

    i don't think you should let go of a color scheme you love, just because of the time of year.  use more silvers and whites, rather than ivory and incorporate some sparkle in your decor to give off that icy look. and maybe use some bare braches.

    Actually in a florists world,  the minute you get by the christmas holidays we are on to spring.So go ahead and do the flowers you want. The only FYI, is to stay away from roses. Avout three weeks before valentines day the rose prices start to climb,reaching their peak a week before. All you flowers will cost more the closer you get.,

    There are no rules on color . go with what you like . An good wedding planner or your florist should be able to make your wedding yours no matter what time of year . Good luck and have a great wedding

    I am getting married 2/19 and I am doing Navy and Silver.  Most of our accent colors are going to be whites and silver though.  I'm still looking for ideas for additional accents with flower arrangements, and lavender is one of my ideas.  Don't worry about time of year, just make it the wedding you want!! :)
