When browsing local florists websites for pricing just so that I have an idea all I'm seeing are like predesigned arrangements and things that seem to be way expensive. We're having a very simple wedding and all I want for my bridesmaids are small handtied boquets of pink flowers (which I haven't seen) and for me I want a little different but I'm not capable of doing a larger boquet with any type of design scheme...even though they have these predesigned listings...if I go in and talk to them they're capable of creating something specific for what I want right? I just want a boquet predominately of white flowers and a rose for each person in my life who is passed. 4 pinks and one red. I'm so lost at how to go about finding out these things and we don't have like wedding coordinators here. We're in the middle of nowhere...

Your best bet is to pick up the phone and call florists in your area.  A lot of florist websites are pretty standard.  Many don't really show their work as opposed to companies they work with like Teleflora and FTD...these companies come up with certain designs that can easily be made by florists.  But don't think that the florist can only do what is pictured on their website.  Most florists welcome clients that want something different then the standard picture.  I am sure that when you call or go to see a florist or two they will be able to help you with what you want.

You also do not need a wedding coordinator to help plan your wedding.  The best way is to just talk to your potential vendors and see who will be able to create your vision in your price range.

My florist had very limited online photos, but when I went in to meet her she showed me a huge book of examples and we mixed and matched to figure out exactly what they'd customize for me.  And that was me going in clueless!  If you know exactly what you want, it should be a piece of cake for the florist.  Any reputable florist should be able to customize your bouquets.

i was told by my florest to figure $75 to $150 for my boquet, and figure $100 for each brides maid which includes their boquet and and some other flowers, and $20 for each grooms men and father.
