Sunflowers

So I want to use sunflowers in my bouquet and as my brides maids bouquets but when they dry they crumble all over the place I would prefer not to use fake flowers at all, I'm just curious if anyone has any ideas as to another way to dry them or preserve them after so they don't desolve?

Most florist can put a small oasis into a bouquet so that sunflowers don't dry out.   I have seen them used many times without problems.

I don't think she is worried about them drying out the day of the wedding...she is asking about preserving the bouquet after the wedding (like a keepsake).

I would do a little research on the internet.  Some florists preserve flowers and may be able to take care of your bouquet for you...if not they may be able to give you some helpful information.
