phalaenopsis orchid bout?

I ordered my faux phalaenopsis bouts from aflorals.com.  It was "real touch," and the waxy substance on it made it look elegant.

My only complaint is the orientation: it's upside down!  The mouth of the orchid is actually towards the top, not the bottom.  It is a little weird.

It does not look like this picture on their website:

I called and they said it is supposed to be that way.  Has anyone heard of this before?  There is no way of changing this unless I cut the orchid head off of the stem and glue it back on, which will be pretty invasive and a huge pain to do.

I'm not sure about the "real touch" flowers, but most artificial flowers are constructed where the bud easily comes off the stem.  You might try just giving a gentle tug where the flower bud connects to the stem and see if it's removable.  If so, just turn the flower around and then put it back on with a dab of glue inside.  GL!
