Any shade of Blue(matches), Purple(same color family), White(goes with anything), Orange(complimentary color). But that is just my opinion.
Look around at pictures of buquets and get some insperation. Also talking to a florist may be helpful.

For me, I'd go with all white flowers, with a touch of blue in the bridesmaid's only. Or you could do all white for everyone, with blue ribbon that matches the dress ribbon

    Good luck.

I personally like bright flowers; I think pinks & lime or purples & lime would look nice, even with stems wrapped in the pool color.

Or something like this to tie in more blue: (sorry for size)
hand-tied bridal bouquet with delphinium, hydrangea, cymbidium orchids, Green Tea roses and variegated hosta foliage
This bouquet contains delphinium, hydrangea, cymbidium orchids, roses.

    Good luck!

IIf you are already using color  on the dressed, I will also use all white and just a blue touch weather in the ribbon or with filler flowers. That picture above is beautiful!

For blue flowers, go with lisanthus, delphinium, or hydrangea. My colors are chocolate and pool, so I have a somewhat similar situtation and I just decided to do all cream/ivory flowers. It was just a lot easier and opened up a lot more options (roses, ranunculus, freesia, alstroemeria, gerber daisies). Remember, their flowers don't have to match exactly...
