Submerged Floral Centerpieces

I want to submerge Blue Dendrobium Orchids (http://bit.ly/xZn90f) for my floral centerpieces. I read that they are actually dyed blue, and so I'm afraid that they'll bleed their color into the water. Does anyone have personal experience with this? I'd love to hear about it!
