Hi Girls,

As some of you may know, I started my new job at the beginning of June.  Its in the Centex building uptown.  This is where Marie-Gabrielle restaurant and gardens is located.  Many weddings take place in the restaurant/gardens.

I work till 7pm every Friday, and I am often the last employee out of the building.
Since early June, I have walked past (hopefully discreetly) a wedding every single Friday!  It kinda gets me excited for my own wedding!!! 

P.S. the location is pretty awesome, and the gardens are BEAUTIFUL!  if you were interested.  Also, i eat at this restaurant about 3 times a week, the food is yummy!

    It's on the expensive side.  But yeah, very pretty.

    I work in Uptown too!  Right across from my venue, the Melrose.  It was so convenient when I was planning.

    Yeah, with a food and beverage minimum of $18k, Marie Gabrille was way out of our price range.

    Yeah it is pretty, but waaaaay too expensive for me.

    I looked at it. I thought it was so cute. Unfortuantly I am having a late November wedding and I was worried that it was going to be too cold.

    WOW! I had no idea it was so expensive!  The garden is beautiful.  Today we had a fire-drill at work, I got to spend some time in the garden. HAHA.

    But that price, yeah, its way out of my budget too.  It would be so weird to get married where I work anyways.
