Clean Music

I am trying to find good clean music because my pastor sys we can play tasteful music. I would prefer oldies but goodies 70s-90s dance/love music no cursing or innappropriate stuff.

So tell that to your DJ.  If you're not having a DJ, then fill your Ipod up with that kind of music.  I'm kind of confused and don't really understand why you're posting this.  Are you looking for someone to provide a playlist for your entire reception?

I'm sorry if I sounded bitchy about it.  I just don't quite get it. One of my radio stations I keep tuned to in my car plays exactly that kind of music, so I don't understand the difficulty finding songs.  I hear tons of them every day!  Maybe you could Google it, and any songs you recognize and know to be "safe" you could add to the list.

You could try some of Michael Buble! I love him. He does oldies but they are so good! And oldies are clean family type songs. And if you like him or findsome you do like you could always try a site like Pandora where you can create stations where they play similar music suggestions for you ---that should help give you more ideas

I do understand why you might find it difficult if you don't listen to the radio, the radio station here used to play clean music.  I was actually going through some music I have on my computer, I am trying to find some stuff that I wouldn't be embarassed to play in front of my grandfather or some of my older family members.

This is what I have come up with so far, I hope it helps you.
(the list is in no particular order.)

    Goo Goo Dolls- Iris
    Lifehouse- You and Me
    Lifehouse- All In
    Elton John- Your Song
Nora Jones- Come Away With Me
Kc and Jo Jo- All My Life
Donna Lewis- I Love You Always Forever
    98 Degrees- I Do
    Edwin McCain- I'll Be
Patty Smith- Because the Night (You might know the 10000 Maniac's version better though)
311 or The Cure- Love Song
Kermit The Frog- The Rainbow Connection
    The Fray- You Found Me
Alicia Keys- If I Ain't Got You

this should be a good starting place for you.
