Raw Videographers in Dallas?

So my FI is a cinematographer/director and video editor full-time, and he is quite sad he cannot be the videographer at our wedding.
We were wondering if there are any videographers that will just work the day of, and send you raw footage to edit yourself. We would save money, and I can save myself the headache of hearing 'That transition did not go with the flow of the editing.'

Hmmm,  well I think Marissa (Marissa&Jay) did this, so hopefully, she'll see this.

I know that my videographer actually ran into the same problem -- he could not find anyone who would shoot his wedding at his prices, so he then tried to ask for just raw footage, but if I recall correctly, he didn't have much luck.

His FI is a poster here, so maybe she can offer a solution.

I think for the most part, photographers and videographers don't like turning over unedited images/video.  

You may be able to find a college student willing to do it but also remember they won't really have any experience filming a wedding.

I'm so sorry, I didn't realize there weren't any examples. He sent me these two video videos that he did recently. They aren't weddings b/c he recently got a new camera and his wedding examples weren't shot in HD.
