Modern recessional song

I need some ideas for a more modern recessional song.  We are getting married at a vineyard, so we have a lot of flexibility with music.  We are thinking "Beautiful Day" by U2, but I'm not sure.  Any more ideas?

    We were between Cake "Love You Madly" and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros "Home", though I'm not sure if they would fit a vineyard setting

    We used Vitamin String Quartet's version of "I'm Yours".  All of our ceremony music was VSQ.

    We are doing Jack Johnson - better together, the Hawaiian version :)

    I love Cake "love you madly"(I think we are using it for cake cutting).  We have finally decided on what is life by george harrison.

    I like "Stolen" by Dashboard Confessional, and the VSQ verson is amazing!  Just a very pretty song.  Thinking of that, but not sure it's upbeat, powerful enough!  They thousands of songs and so many are just great!!
