Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this song (for the organ and a singer)?

I'm looking for the popular UK version (they actually sang it during Will and Kate's wedding this spring). I'm having a Catholic ceremony, so my organist has never even heard the tune, but I really like the Blaenwern version of the song.

If you can help me out I would really appreciate it!

    That's weird that the organist doesn't know it. I go to a Catholic church and we sing it all the time. I would try sheetmusicplus.com, they have a pretty wide variety of music available and their digital downloads are pretty inexpensive.

    Well my organist knows the Catholic version, but not the Anglican one. Same words, but different tune.
