Need Software to "mix songs" for Bridesmaid Dance

I want to create a 2-3 minute snippets of songs for the bridesmaids dance with me! If you know of any software to use with my Windows laptop, PLEASE let me know!! My wedding is August and I'm trying to complete this by end of May!!!
