No ceremony music?

Hi ladies!

I am getting married on the beach in Destin and I was originally going to use an iPod during the ceremony, but recently realized you won't be able to hear it over the wind/waves. Would it be weird to have no music during the procession/recessional and ceremony? Thanks so much for any input!!

Maybe a little weird, but then again, I've never attended a beach wedding.

What kind of sound system do you have to plug it into?

i have found that a lap top with computer speakers can get pretty darn loud

and it would be pretty much the same, so instead of ihome and your ipod it would be a laptop, itunes and computer speakers
