Hello! I'm getting married in 59 days (eek!) We're having a DW in Vegas and for our reception we're doing a sit down dinner and playing music off an Ipod. I'm at the point in the planning phase that I need to get the music together and get playlists created. Seeing as how I've never done this before I'm totally lost and in need of some major guidance. Here's what I'm wondering:
How do I make the music flow? I don't want to go from, say, Billy Idol "White Wedding", to Blake Shelton "God Gave Me You". I have a nice list of slow songs and a few fun songs I would like to play.
What type of music should I put on for the cocktail hour? FI and I won't be there, we'll be doing photos.
What type of music should be used for dinner?
Do we do an introduction or anything like it since we won't have an MC?
I'm sure I'll have tons of questions, but that's all I have for now. Thanks!!
