Wedding Ceremony & Reception Music Discussions

Bagpipe

We want a bagpiper to lead the procession at our outdoor Celtic wedding.
The piper will be playing for only a few minutes, and we will be in a private, secluded area of a state park, about a quarter mile from the closest public picnic area.
The rangers warned us that if any other people in the park complain, they will interrupt our wedding procession and make us stop the music.
What do you think? Is it worth the risk?
Has anybody ever heard of an outdoor wedding procession being shut down because of a bagpipe?

I know bagpipes are loud, but if you're 1/4 mile away from the closest picnic area I don't think you'll have a problem.  Even if someone does have a problem they'll have to get up, and find a ranger, lodge a complaint, then the ranger will have to go to your area to stop the piper from playing.  By then your processional would be over.

I'm just wondering, is your reception in the same place as your ceremony?  If so I wonder if the ranger meant that if they hear complaints they'll stop the bagpipes, or stop all the music entirely for the rest of the night.  If its just the bagpipes for the processional I'd probably chance it.  If you run the risk of not having any music at your reception at all, I'd skip it.

Reception is elsewhere, at an Irish pub where bagpipers are always welcome.
We're only concerned about the outdoor ceremony. I would hate to have a ceremony with no music.
