French-English wedding song???

Hi there,
My fiance is French and we are trying to find a wedding song for our first dance which has both english and french lyrics in it. I've found a few songs on the internet, but they are mostly sad love songs (not the ideal of course!).

Does anyone know of any songs, happy love songs, which have lyrics in both english and french?

it would be greatly appreciated.

    Check out the "Something's Gotta Give" soundtrack on amazon.com. I bought it a while ago for background music for the eating portion of the reception. Because part of the story centers around the characters getting to Paris, there are several songs in French, some with both English & French lyrics (I think). I think on amazon, or other sites, you can listen to parts of the songs. Most of them are love songs (I believe) because it's a love story.

    First song is Louis Armstrong, "La Vie En Rose". My French is a little rusty, so I can't interpret the other songs, most of which have the French titles.

    There's also the "French Kiss" soundtrack, which I bought for "Someone Like You" by Van Morrison (song at the end of "Bridget Jones Diary"), and the songs on there are also in French, may have some in both languages, haven't listened for a while.

    Check out Edith Piaf- "La Vie En Rose", "La Vie, L'amor"... she is arguably the most amazing singer France ever produced- she's legitimately French, and her recordings have this fabulous old feeling similar to those of Etta James Billy Holiday- her music is CLASSIC and timeless- have a look!

    I Love Edith Piaff, and the old classic music would be perfect with my theme, but unfortunately she doesn't sing La vie en Rose in english and french in the same song. She has two seperate versions though. Maybe i could try to splice them together electronically or something... hmmm..

    Still on the search for a song which alternates english and french verses in the same song.
