Holiday music without sounding like a Christmas party

So my fiance and I are getting married on December 8 and we want music that would fit within that theme but really nothing that makes it sound like were at a Christmas party or shopping in the mall. Anybody know of some good holiday music that isn't, I guess, commercialized?

Never too early to plan these things. ;-)

I'm late on this, but check for CDs from places like Starbucks. As someone who used to work at one, they generally have at least one really interesting Holiday CD that isn't too overplayed. Also, check out Pink Martini (they're a classical group), their holiday stuff is really good.
