Not close with Father

My dad and I are not close at ALL. I'm doing a Father Daughter dance just because I do not want to hurt his feelings since he will be walking me down the aisle. I don't know what song to dance too because I don't want anything too mushie. All the Father Daughter songs out there are about Dads watching their daughters grow up and mine wasn't there. HELP!!!

I am like this with my dad too.
I picked a mushie song but only because I am going to dance with him a half a song and then invite other father daughters to come out. That way the focus is not on us.
I did however choose to have my mom and dad walk me down the aisle since my mom did pretty much everything.
Another thing I choose to do to honor my grandpa who was the only man in my life was to have a grandfather grand daughter dance.

Is is straight out rude to not have my dad involved? I asked my brother to walk me down the isle. My dad wilI show up for milestones in my life, but never involved. He has had no effect in who I am today. I  do not want to do a father daughter dance. He never even called to congrat us on the wedding, I think he thinks we will ask him for money. Everyone tells me I need to be the adult, but I don't feel anything. Am I being totally heartless having my brother walk me down the isle and not do a father/daughter dance?? help??
