Father daughter dance

My father has not been in my life much at all and I'm not even planning on inviting him to the wedding.  My mom will be giving me away, but pops (my future father in law) has graciously accepted my request to dance this dance with me.  I am having trouble finding a dance song that fits that kind of relationship...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm not sure what your relationship is like with your FFIL so I'm not sure if this would fit or not but how about Kind and Generous by Natalie Merchant?

    Hadn't even thought of that one...but it could work.  We are pretty close or have become that way over the last six months...spent a lot of time together over that period.  I wouldn't know how to define it.  I've listened so so many songs but they all go on and on about growing up and spending time with dad, we don't have that.
