Christian song for Soprano

My matron of honor has the most beautiful soprano voice and will be singing something during the unity candle part of the ceremony. but what that something is is a mystery. it's a non-denominational service so something more contemporary but still religious is ideal. She'll have a piano accompaniment. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them! finding music for sopranos is proving trickier than I thought!

How about The Prayer? It's a duet but could easily be adapted for a soloist.

My husband sings "The Prayer" most often with me playing the harp for the unity candle.  http://www.freewebs.com/celtic-harpist/repertoire

I sing at weddings occasionally and am a soprano.  I think the perfect song for what you describe is "One Hand, One Heart" from West Side Story.  It's a duet in the show, but you can easily make it a solo. You just have the accompanist add a transition measure where the voices would overlap in the duet version.  It's easy.
