Question for a friend, Re: Processional

What are you walking/did you walk down the aisle to?  A coworker asked me for some ideas for her processional.  She does not want traditional, and I know some of you girls mentioned walking down to some more modern songs, or at least modern versions of beautiful walking music.

I am doing super traditional, so I am of no help to her.

Thanks!  She has to turn in her requests today, apparently!

Edited because I didn't read processional!  LOL

I walked down the aisle to Jonathan Cain's "Bridal March" too.  Absolutely beautiful!

[QUOTE]I walked down to Jonathon Cain's "Bridal March"... it's the traditional song but so much prettier and with a little twist.  :)

This was the one I was thinking, I just couldn't remember the name.  Yay!

I walked down to Somewhere over the rainbow (the island version played on the steel drums).  Our other 2 songs for the parents and bridal party were traditional songs (but with the island feel on the steel drums).  I also love all of the VSQ stuff!

I was going to walk down to "God gave me you" by Dave Barnes, but FI wanted traditional so we stuck with that.  The song is beautiful though.

    AWESOME.

For our ceremony in Las Vegas - we went all Elvis (instrumental - pianist).  I'm going with "I Can't Help Falling in Love"

I figured nothing screams "classy" more than this bride headbanging her way down the aisle, a la Wayne's World

The moment I heard this song months ago before we even got engaged, I knew this was what I wanted to walk down the aisle too.    I LOVE this song.  I didn't know anyone else on this board knew of Dave Barnes. :)
