Bar Help?? How much is too much?

What did you pay for your bar per person? Did you have a beer and wine bar or a open bar?

I am trying to get an average price so I cant negotiate a little with my vendor if she is too high Thanks!!

We did open bar and it was around $35 PP for 4 hours.

its was around 18 pp for 4 hours for wine beer and champagne- and around 20-22 per person for open bar

My vendor is quoting me $22 pp for beer and wine. Does this seem reasonable or is it too pricey?

Beer, wine and champagne at my venue (a hotel) is $26.75 pp. for 4 hours.

That seems very reasonable.  Ours is $22 pp for 4 hours of beer/wine/champagne.  We visited 3 other venues and an outside caterer and that was the cheapest.  Most were around $25 pp or more.  The hotels we went to were asking $30+

We are dong open bar and for premium liquors it is 38 a person.
