First Dance Opinions

Hi ladies,
     I need a second opinion on the song I'm considering for our first dance.

Is anyone familiar with "This Year's Love" by David Gray?

I really like this song, and I think it suits our relationship quite well (people have often told me that I don't let people get close to me easily) but I'm not sure if it's appropriate for a wedding.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

    I love that song, but when I listen to it I hear a story of a couple who are getting back together again after a breakup that involved lies...?  But, if you hear something different or it means something in your life, I would say go for it.  It is a beautiful song!

    I say go for whatever you guys feel is best for you.

    My FI is a die hard smashing pumpkins fan. and we are dancing to Luna .. the words in the song are sorta random but the chorus (its a very short song too) is Im in love with you over and over and thats just fine with us!
