Ceremony music

My ceremony is going to be outside and a DJ will be doing the music. Is it cheesy to take a string quartet song and have the DJ play it rather than having the actual string quartet play live?

I don't think so. I'm getting married in a church and we're using Vitamin String Quartet music on a CD. 

Where will the DJ be in relation to the alter/where you and your FI will be?

The DJ will be on a balcony upstairs on the patio of our venue. He won't be in view.
