There should be a cleaning screening for every prospective employee.  If you can't clean up after yourself in the breakroom, you're out.  Especially If you push the start button on the coffee maker more than once and don't stick around to clean up the overflowing coffee!

LOL.  We have someone here at work who always spills his coffee.  Usually his victim is the carpet but he spilled on our copier last week.  Our carpet looks like crap because of it.

This is taken straight from my Facebook status... but it was that hilarious (well to me, anyway) that I had to share again...

So.. we passed Christmas lights on a house and Cadence (my 3, almost 4 year old) screams "Christmas! Jesus is coming and he's bringing presents!!!"

    Hilarious.

Here is a B&M for Say Anything.... WHY why WHY does someone have Christmas lights up already?   *smacks forehead*

I'm all about getting into the spirit, but it seems like it gets earlier and earlier every year.  Pretty soon we will just have Christmas all year 'round.

We always put our tree up Friday night after Thanksgiving.  I LOVE Christmas but I couldn't imagine doing it any sooner.  We will have to wait to put our tree up at home until the weekend after Thanksgiving so we have our little one!

The only thing I have to say is DH's sister is really driving me crazy!! She lives with his ex wife and plays both sides of the fence.  She is really nice and will call DH and talk to him and then use whatever he says against him with his ex.  She is trying to get us to tell her our Thanksgiving plans so that the ex can work something out so she can have their daughter Thanksgiving but its our year to have her.  I hate that it is a constant battle with her.  I wish she would grow up and get a job and move out on her own and actually be a sister to DH since they are the only family they have left.

I do the same... it's a routine.  I go Black Friday shopping with my sister EARLY in the morning on Friday and then put up my tree that day.  Putting it up earlier than that just seems odd to me!

That's me too... but in my defense, FI's niece (6 yrs old) came to visit last weekend (she lives 5 hrs away) and she really wanted to put up a tree.  Her mom puts up a tree, but doesn't believe in putting any ornaments on it... so, I took out the tree and she put up every single ornament by herself and loved every minute of it.  We even went to Hallmark to get her a couple of ornaments for our tree.  So yup, I have a tree up already...

ha! a friend of mine put up his christmas tree really early, at his kids' request, a few years back and then just never took it down. so they just always have a christmas tree up! it's kind of funny, actually. you just sort of get used to it as part of their decor.

I am done with Christmas shopping already...  I couldn't resist the good sales that people already. I got bored and was browsing online then found all these "extra 20% off" codes PLUS free shipping and I couldn't resist.

But my tree will NOT be up until the Sunday after Thanksgiving, when I get home from Houston. I am leaving it up til Feb when FI is on R&R, since we are doing our Christmas then.

When I was little, my mom didn't put up our tree until the day before Christmas Eve and we took it down the day after Christmas.  Kinda sad, but when we got old enough to do it ourselves it went up sooner.  FI and I just got our tree last year so we don't have a lot of ornaments for it.  We did start a tradition of each getting an ornament for every year we've been together.

    Brianna -- I love it!!
Chelsea -- So exciting!! Count down on!

I wish we had a tree!! There isn't anywhere to put a tree in FI's house with out it being in the way and my parents haven't done it in years. We use to put it up the day after Thanksgiving to. We listen to N*SYNC Christmas album and put up the tree. Sadly not this year.

My SA is exciting things over the past couple days
We booked the honeymoon! A week in St. Lucia.. I can't wait now!
We had dance lessons yesterday.. I think they said we were quick studies to get us to sign up.
I found out I have 12 personal training sessions left on my LA Fitness account so I will be getting back into a shape!

Brianna- Love the story about Cadence. Seriously, how cute is that?!
    Lacy- Congrats!

And I am not guilty of decorating early but I have been seriously fighting the urge to pull everything out and decorate. I am however, guilty of listening to Christmas music.

I am not looking forward to calling my photog today and telling him that I want to reschedule my e-pics AGAIN.

I am so excited that I get tomorrow off. Yay for working at a bank.

It irritates me how some people get offended so easily. Get over it, people make jokes.

Yeahhhhh... don't get me wrong. I am SUPER excited.   I just think it is a tradition to put the tree up the day after Thanksgiving.  Even as a kid, I remember chomping at the bit to put up the tree....but it was the anticipation that made it so exciting.

All of this instant gratification in October (and some even earlier) just ruins the fun for me.

We had an interesting flight back from NOLA yesterday which included nearly 2 hours sitting at the gate and 25 people walking off the plane because they didn't feel safe.  Not a good end to the trip.

I ordered another cake topper to go next to the grooms cake and I can't wait for it to come in! I love Etsy!
