So much to do!!

We're closing in fast on our RSVP date! We're still missing quite a few.. a lot of which I know probably aren't coming but also a lot that I'm pretty sure ARE coming and I want to know for sure, not to mention find out what they want for food!

I'm also going a bit crazy with all the little details we need to work out. It's all the things that weren't a huge deal before and we put it off.. well now we can't put it off anymore! I can't imagine what it's like right now for you ladies who are getting married THIS weekend! How exciting and crazy that it's our turn!

And with all this craziness, I almost forgot it's my birthday on Fri.. haha. Hope everyone is staying a little more sane than I am right now!

I've somehow finally found a place of zen... we still have some to do but only at a scheduled time. 17 days to go and with the exception of making carmel corn everything is as done as its going to be. I worry that I haven't done enough but I know at this point there is no need to rush it to get it done. I think giving over the numbers to the caterer was a real turning point for me and the stress. 

I did my hair trial run on Friday and it was great. I did my final fitting yesterday and it was fantastic! I need to do some thank you cards to go with gifts we are giving and we need to think about our speeches. Mostly just getting excited!

I am totally with you Jennipea- so jealous of everyone who has their act together because I certainly do not. haha! I've never been so unorganized in my life.

The things I've been putting off are all of the minor details too, like sign-age for the reception, labels for the favor bags, etc. because I'm SO indecisive on the design!  And I know barely anyone will notice these things but I'm still annoying myself with it. haha. I actually have the program and welcome packets done but for some reason I've been putting off printing them and assembling... ugh! haha

I'm just ready for the week of the wedding to be here because we'll actually be in the city where the wedding is and I can finalize the 45334 projects I have in process there. On one positive note, we have all but 3 RSVPs and our seating arrangements are basically set already! We used the poster board/colored sticky notes to arrange it (I needed a visual rather than something in excel) and it was SO helpful.

I'm 25 days to go. Trying to live daily life as normal with the exception of meetings here and there. We have 2 boys so there is always something to occupy my mind! Met with the DJ last night, handed over the final play list for the wedding. No more changes! ahh, that makes me nervous.

My RSVP is Thursday and we still have 23(46 people) cards still MIA. FI started emailing his family to be sure they got theirs last night. I'm waiting till Thursday to hand over the list to my mom to handle follow ups.

My mom has been busy making the water beads for our centerpieces. She's working out all the small details for me. whew. Favors, centerpieces, final fitting are all done.
We met with our Pastor Thursday and we had done an online enrichment test. She was overly pleased with our results. She said she's never seen a couple so compatible.

My Bacholorette party is this coming Saturday. We're trying out spray tans in the morning( heres to hoping!) Meeting with our photographer on Sunday to discuss our expectations.
March is going to be a very busy month and I'm overwhelmed with keeping dates straight!!

I'm so thankful for all the other girls on this board that I can share all my different emotions and issues with!!!

Our RSVP due date is this Saturday and we are still missing 50 people, many who say they are coming but are lazy about sending the card. We need to setup meeings with our DJ and photographer, along with finishing up the details like making programs and signage. I cannot wait until we have all the reaponses so that I can work on the table assignments and escort cards. Those are probably what I am most nervous about at the moment.

We finally received all of the RSVPs. I am still finishing up my centerpieces and other small things. I am sure I will get them done in the next 25 days. 

On the lighter note, my FMIL decided to try false eyelashes for the very first time since she wants to look glamorous for the wedding of her only child (can't blame her). She managed to glued her eye together!!! I am not sure how but FI told me about it last night and I couldn't stop laughing. Now, she has a swollen eye because of it. 

I better make sure she has her make up done professionally. Actually, I will insist on it even if I have to pay for the MUA myself! Not to be mean, but I don't need to go to the emergency room on my wedding day.
