Totally Random Question

Do you guys know where to find that wedding guest ticket where you can put in your signature how many guests were invited and then it says how many are coming, how many haven't responded yet, and how many aren't coming? If you know please tell me where to find it. Thanks!!!

It's not a ticker, its just a few links and you change the numbers in your signature.
