Second guessing vendor decisions

Is anyone else second guessing their decisions on vendors or venues?!

I just had this vision and now I'm second guessing things because I feel like none of the details "go together," so to speak. I've got vintage/shabby chic details with a moden reception venue, our ceremony and reception venues are too far out of Pittsburgh to get the photos downtown I wanted, and now I'm doubting our photographer. I just feel like its all going to clash.

Obviously at the end of my wedding day, as long as I'm married to my fiance, it will be perfect. I'm just the kind of person that sweats the details... Maybe this is just a "6 month crisis" and I'll get over it.. haha

i don't really regret anything. i mean i'm nervous about how it's going to turn out. like someone else said our wedding is not really traditional. i just don't want to be judged so that's hard.

I haven't second guessed our vendors really because we put a lot of thought into them (well, except the DJ, I knew exactly who I wanted from the start!). I didn't book anything until I had asked my FI a million times if he was sure and asked my parents what they thought.

The things I have second guessed are the smaller details like the centerpieces, invitations, stuff like that. I just change my mind too much! I think we've got the centerpieces REALLY finalized now and the invitations just need to be finished up and wording decided on. I have some rough RSVP cards, directions cards, accommodations cards and the actual invitation part, so it's getting there.

I also second guess my dress sometimes. I have to remind myself that it's already bought and sitting at my parents' house. If I WERE to get a new one (on super short notice..) it would have to be SUPER cheap. I also look at the pictures of me in the dress to remind myself why I liked it and feel better about it. I just can't make decisions, ever!

I'm second guessing my dress too! But mostly its the veil that I'm not sure if I like with my dress. I bought the veil before the dress because I knew I wanted a veil with lace and when the Priscilla of Boston store closed, I got a $1200 veil for $30!! But its a alencon lace mantilla veil and I just don't know about it with my dress, which has chantilly lace. I'm posting a pic here- what do you ladies think? Its a different color because I still have to tea dye the veil to make it off-white.

Thank you! You're right Sleeper- I'm only going to wear the veil for the ceremony anyway. I think I'm just going through a phase haha
