We got married in October of 2010..and still do not have our albums. Last e-mail I got was telling me that I did not pick out the album cover colors and that I had a balance. This is a lie! We had to have our balance paid infull 2 weeks before our wedding...and I wnet to pick out album colors iwht them over a month ago. They kept apologizing saying that they had to take care of other paying customers first (this was in December). I am so upset! I have paid them about $3000 and they were late for all of the photoshoots and made me late to our wedding..and now this!
