Wedding Snap App

Has anyone used this for their wedding. If so, pros and cons?? I am getting married in 2 weeks and would like to use this ... would I have enough time to receive the personalized wedding snap app cards??

Re: Wedding Snap App

  • I know of people who have used this who think that it isn't the best app. You should probably try something different like www.trycapsule.com . This app is way better.
  • I am not sure what Wedding Snap App is, but you might want to check out http://www.MosaicPhotoSystem.com , it lets you create an event and all your guests photos get uploaded there - and you can setup a projector and have photo streamed there during your reception.
  • I love all these new wedding apps. Did you end up using wedding snap?? I'm interested to hear how it went because I'm weeks away from mine and I need to make a decision! My fiance turned me on to Capsule. http://trycapsule.com.. decisions, decisions!
  • I work for PhotoOpp Bride Edition, so I obviously think there are pros... Photo-sharing apps make it easy to collect and share all your guests photos in one place. With our app, the GPS technology makes it easy so that your guests simply have to arrive at the location, open the app, and start shooting. You can also print out those cards for tables to remind them to take photos and give any directions. And after the wedding, you can let your guests with digital cameras know that they can upload into your album (which you can share with everyone, even Facebook) by sending them an email or a short note in your thank you cards.

If you think a lot of your guests will be using iPhones or Android phones, then a photo-sharing app is a great idea and makes it a lot easier to collect pics. Guests also tend to get a lot of photos that your photographer misses, and they are often times a lot more candid!
