    This is not all-inclusive but some important points:

    -What is the turn-around-time (when will you get your video back)
    -What is the cancelation policy
    -What happens if they are unable to perform the services (injury / illness etc)
    -What happens if they fail to hold up their end of the contract
    -The exact services and products you are receiving should be listed
    -Payment schedule including tax
