I don't know of any there, but my photographer, Unveiled Wedding Photography are in San Diego and travel anywhere.  www.unveiledwedding.com. Depending on your budget for photography, an out of state photographer can be an good option as it gives you more choice in who photographs your wedding.

 I don't know of a photographer in Kauai, but I was always told that you should pick a photographer that you like and see if they will travel to your wedding. Chris Ohta Photography is an amazing photographer and I know that they do destination weddings. www.chrisohta.com
