beware of precious images photography

They lost all my color photos, don't feel they should give me a refund. Refuse to give me they ones out of her facebook page.

She showed up late, tried to leave during the wedding to go eat, and spent a lot of time dancing with a guest instead of taking pictures. 

Its a good price, but I dont have anything to show for it, and these photos can't really be replaced

I just googled them. I assumed they are based out of Dallas since that is where you're from? I typed "precious images photography texas" and guess what? Their webpage says that they no longer offer photography services! Crazy, huh? Sorry this happened. Here is one tip that I learned from my wedding research (I hope it helps): If you paid with a credit card and didn't receive exactly what your contract entitled you to, then call your credit card company. They are legally obligated to investigate/prosecute on your behalf.
