No short hair styles...

Haven't quite found a cute short hair hairstyle that I like. I have a headband and was just going to wear it down with my head band but I just don't know...

I have a bob and it's to my chin in the front then stacked in the back. and creative ideas??

I recommend the Wedding Beauty board.  Stephiehall is the mod and she started a hairstyle sticky at the top of the page.  There are a few ideas for short hair in that sticky.

I googled short wedding hair and short red carpet hairstyles then just looked through images and found some cute ones.

I have short hair, too (sounds like we have similar cuts too)... And it is a challenge in some ways, because as much as I love styling my hair and doing different things, I want to ensure it is "dressy" and "bridal" (and there is no way in hell I'm growing my hair out - long hair is not for me)

Originally, I was going to do something kind of 60s inspired (smooth around the face, "pomp-ed" on crown - almost beehive inspired, but classy, not B-52s)

Now (since that won't match my dress style), I'm going to go more of a "vintage Hollywood" look (think Marilyn Monroe - except I'm not blonde).  My hairstylist is talking about teaching me how to "set" my hair (old school) and then it should hold up/last.  (we are going to start practicing/playing after the new year - as she won't be able to do my hair for the actual ceremony)

I have a similar haircut (with sweeping bangs on one side).  I just sent you a PM with my email.  If you email me, I can send you photos from a wedding in which I was a BM and had my hair styled - I was stunned by what the stylist was able to do with my hair.  I had no idea there were really options for an up-do type style for hair my length.
