Do you mean a single company that does both? I'm not too sure you should go that route. You should have a specialist in each field, to maximize quality. For that budget, I'm sure you can get something great!

I am looking to spend $5000 total on photography and videography in Dallas, TX.  I do not mind going with separate companies, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

http://www.jessicashae.com/ is an amazing photographer but is pretty pricey if you are trying to fit both photo and video in your budget.  I am a wedding photographer in Michigan but travel to Texas a lot and I would LOVE to do your wedding! http://gracesauvephotography.zenfolio.com/
