Sometimes apartment complexes have rooms you can reserve. A lot of restaurants have rooms you can reserve for free for a minimum food and beverage purchase. Have you looked into tea rooms as well?

We are looking into one of the girls apt room we can rent. But haven't tried restaurants yet.....and our bride won't like tea place. Thanks for your help

Try The Alcove in uptown, thats where we had mine and it was a great little spot.
