Boudoir Photos?

So those of you who did them, what kind of props, outfits, that kind of thing did you take? I also want to hear from any of you about how it went, especially if you, like me, aren't super-model skinny like all the pictures on most photographers websites. I think my FI would like them and it be fun but I am a little self conscious about the fact that I am not itty bitty.

Hey come and join us on the DFW board!

Myself and another Knottie on the DFW board JUST did ours last weekend and they got blogged today!  http://www.mcgowanimages.com/blog/

We did a mini session so we only had 2-3 outfit changes.  I brought a robe, 2 different outfits and some jewelry.  I've seen boas, headbands, hats, ties, something of your husband's/FI's, etc.  We had a BLAST! Chelsea put us at ease immediately and it was very liberating.  You just tell her what you are self conscious about and she works around it.  She is actually doing another mini-session in February but it is filling up fast.

We can also recommend other photographers also.

bring different outfits, I'm not super skinny but I brought baby dolls, corsets, and two piece outfits, and the pics came out great.  Try bringing like your FIs favorite t shirt, or if he wears a suit to work maybe his work shirt with a tie.  Cute things like that, that he will love.  also bring extra jewelry and pumps, those always add an extra special touch in my opinion.  hope this helps!!!
