This company is terrible.  DO NOT BOOK THEM!!  They are so great until they get your money and then you cannot reach them and they never return calls or emails!  I am devastated because our wedding is in 3 months and they have not returned any of my calls or emails to set up our engagement session!!! Let alone talk about what we want for the wedding day!  I don't even know if anyone will show up (  I'm sad, please spare yourself the stress and DO NOT BOOK THEM!!

How long has it been since you emailed them?  This seems like a really harsh review of them, unless it's been a really long time.  Maybe it has been. 

   I see the same complaint from many brides about many companies. Sometimes it really is a long time that clients go ignored, and there's no excuse for it. 
 
  My clients rarely have to wait more than 2 days until they hear back from me. Usually same day.  (even if I have their money already)

  But I'm just very curious how long it has been in this case for you?

I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this, however this is an international board so it's unlikely that most of us have heard of this company. Have you posted this on the local board for LA? I'm hoping knotties in that region could give you direct feedback. As pp mentioned, I would try to contact you BBB to see if other complaints have been filed. Best of luck to you.
