Facebook photos

Hey Ladies!

not too sure if this is more of an Etiquette question, but here we go:

How long after your wedding should you keep your wedding picture as your profile picture on Facebook. I ask because I have friends who have been married for over a year and still have their wedding picture up as their profile. I know there is no standard, but isn't a year after your wedding a little obsessive. Hasn't anything interesting happend in the last year?

If your friends are anything like me they are totally non-photogenic and the only pictures they've every enjoyed seeing themselves in are their wedding pictures. Let them have their pretty pictures.

Both DH and I still have a wedding shot for our FB profile photos. We will be married 2 years this September. I don't actually give much thought to changing it.

    Who cares?
How is Facebook any different than posting photos elsewhere? People put wedding photos in their homes and they stay for oh...until the day they die, sometimes longer.
You can put photos of anything you want on Facebook. My current one is a photo of a porcupine.  It's been there for over a month and I probably not change it for at least another month. After that I may put a wedding photo, I may not(since most my Facebook friends aren't invited). That prcupine may stay there for the next year...maybe longer. What does it matter?
