Photo Booth

My fiance and I are thinking about doing a photo booth at our reception. We figured it could serve as 1) party favor as guests will keep a copy of their photos which include the personalized logo/information from our wedding 2) additional photos from the wedding as they provide all photos on a cd or flash drive and 3) scrap book instead of the standard signature book, as the photos print 2 copies which the 2nd copy can be placed by the individuals in a scrap book (already set up) and write a special message.

It sounds like a fun idea and very multi functional. I was wondering if other brides have had this at their wedding and what was the experience was. Also, what is a reasonable price for 4 hours, as I am getting quotes for all over the place. Lastly, does anyone have any recommendations for one for Orlando, FL area?

Thanks so much!

Photo booths are tons of fun for weddings and other social events.  We have one at my fiance's military banquet every year and it's always a great way to keep folks entertained.  We're booking one for our wedding as well.  I'm not sure what prices are in Florida but in Kansas, average costs run anywhere from $700-2500 depending on the package.  For a staffed booth for 4 hours with multiple photo prints, a photobook, and a CD or flashdrive with all photos we'll end up paying about $1100.

Kansasgrl81 is correct about photo booth price ranges, but there are a few companies out there that offer non-traditional booths at a much more affordable rate.  The booths are larger, fully portable, and all digital so the quality is better, but they don't have the added expense of a large machine so the prices are less.  For a 4 hour package that Kansasgrl81 mentioned for about $1100 only costs our customers $875 and we include a lot more things in our package.  Check out our website to read more about our booths and get an idea of what you need to look for in your own town.
