Boudoir Photography Suggestions?

Hi All,

I'm looking to have a boudoir photo session with/for my bridesmaids as a gift?  Any thought on this?  And does anyone have any recommendations in the Twin cities and metro area (st. paul, minneapolis)?

For the best recommendations you should probably prost this on your local board.

I have to say though that I have never heard of a budoir session with the bridesmaids. (?) 

You want your bridesmaids to dress up in lingerie and have their photos taken with you?   That sounds a little... awkward.

Ooops!  I meant that I would pay for their boudoir session not have them with me in the session....LOL!

(I was thinking the groomsmen would probably like that gift if all the ladies were in the photo. *wink*)

I would kind of ask in a general idea if the girls would be comfortable doing something like that.  Many might not be comfortable doing this and may prefer a spa day with you.

Is your bridesmaids married because then I think its a great idea... sorry i dunno anyone from st paul... Im from wilmington NC... I know a photographer here who does boudoir photography... that probably doesnt help though!

I think its a wonderful gift, if they are not the type to do these photos they can do another type of shoot. In my photography I do a lot of boudoir, but also do a tamer "pin up" style that is very popular. They may opt for something like that if stripping down to sexy lingerie is something they are comfy with. Im sure the photographer you chose can work something out with you to accomodate them.
